Extra Curricular Offer and Curriculum Enrichment

At Metheringham Primary School, we believe that learning should be memorable, meaningful and inspiring. Educational visits, enrichment opportunities and first-hand experiences are a vital part of our curriculum because they bring learning to life, broaden horizons and help children make lasting connections between classroom learning and the wider world.
Our long-term plan for educational visits, enrichment and experiences has been carefully designed to ensure that every child, from Reception to Year 6, benefits from a rich variety of opportunities throughout their time at school. These experiences support academic success, personal development and wellbeing, enabling children to grow as confident, curious and successful learners.
